No remuneration, payment or permission shall be required of MakMax Taiyo Middle East or from the customers to use such images, recordings, photos or statements.

(7) Jurisdiction

(b) This Policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the same State.
