PVC Middle East

In the bustling region of Joondalup, a thriving suburb in southern Perth, an exciting new retail development has emerged, featuring the innovative Coles Currambine TensoCar Car Park Project. This project, a pivotal addition to the area’s retail landscape, includes a series of five TensoCar Car Park Shade Structures, each meticulously designed to offer both shade and weather protection for shoppers. These structures represent a significant advancement in the integration of functionality and aesthetics within retail environments, providing a comfortable and inviting space for customers.

The Coles Currambine project stands as a testament to the thoughtful consideration of shopper comfort and convenience, emphasizing the importance of creating a welcoming atmosphere even before entering the store. Utilizing high-quality PVC materials, these car park shades are not only durable and resistant to the harsh Australian weather conditions but also add a visually appealing element to the car park’s overall design. The choice of PVC for these structures highlights the project’s commitment to using materials that ensure longevity and minimal maintenance, making it a sustainable choice for the bustling retail hub.

Each TensoCar Shade Structure has been engineered to maximize coverage and protection from the sun’s intense rays and unexpected rainfall, ensuring that shoppers’ experiences are unaffected by the outdoor elements. The design of the shades is sleek and modern, aligning with the architectural style of the Coles Currambine retail complex, and further enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the area. This careful attention to detail in the design and implementation of the TensoCar Car Park Shade Structures reflects a broader trend towards creating retail spaces that prioritize customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility.

The Coles Currambine TensoCar Car Park Project is a shining example of how innovative design and practical solutions can come together to enhance the retail experience. It showcases how PVC, as a material choice, can play a crucial role in developing retail infrastructures that are both functional and stylish, setting a new standard for car park shade structures in the retail industry. As shoppers enjoy the comfort and protection provided by these PVC shades, the Coles Currambine retail development solidifies its place as a forward-thinking and customer-focused destination in Joondalup, Perth.

The Materials

The Coles Currambine TensoCar shade structures, a hallmark of innovation in the suburban landscape of Joondalup, Perth, are meticulously crafted using Mehler Valmex FR700N PVC. This material is specifically chosen for its superior qualities, providing comprehensive UV protection, not only safeguarding shoppers and their vehicles from the harsh Australian sun but also ensuring a comfortable and cooler environment. The waterproof nature of the PVC membrane plays a crucial role during inclement weather, offering protection to shoppers as they transition from their vehicles into the store, shielding them from the rain and enhancing their shopping experience.

The use of PVC coated polyester fabrics in the construction of the TensoCar shade structures is a testament to the project’s commitment to durability, functionality, and economic efficiency. These materials strike an optimal balance between cost-effectiveness and performance, boasting a medium level of light transmission which contributes to a well-lit, natural atmosphere in the parking area. Expected to last between 15 to 25 years before necessitating replacement, these fabrics are a long-term investment in customer satisfaction and environmental stewardship.

Further enhancing the value of these structures is the application of a PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) nano-coating lacquer on both sides of the polyester fabric. This innovative treatment significantly improves the fabric’s resistance to dirt and grime, facilitating easier cleaning and maintenance while preserving the aesthetic appeal of the shade structures over time. The dirt-repellent characteristics introduced by the PVDF coating ensure that the Coles Currambine TensoCar shades remain visually appealing and functionally superior, contributing to the overall cleanliness and attractiveness of the retail development.

The Coles Currambine TensoCar car park shade project, with its thoughtful integration of Mehler Valmex FR700N PVC and advanced fabric treatments, exemplifies the future of retail infrastructure design. It demonstrates how leveraging high-quality materials and cutting-edge technology can significantly improve the retail environment, prioritizing customer comfort, vehicle protection, and aesthetic appeal. These shade structures not only elevate the shopping experience at Coles Currambine but also set a benchmark in the retail sector for sustainable, customer-focused design innovations.
